My advice is to avoid this Creative Labs company at all costs. Apparently they think its ok for their target high end customers to wait 30 to 45 days for a replacement. How does one test broken plastic? I then asked for a cross ship since they already have my credit card number. They want me to send the card back to their office in Singapore so they can "test" it. I requested them to send me a replacement cable (HKD 10 if even that to manufacture) and they outright refused. They acted as if they couldnt be bothered with my case. I immediately contacted their customer service.

Being their top gaming solution, one would have expected it to be of reasonable quality.

I bought the Sound Blaster Recon3D Fatal1ty Champion (sound card with front drive bay module) for HKD $1,698 (~160 Euros / ~220 USD) directly from Creative Labs online. Just wanted to give a quick heads up and a warning to those who are having problems with the onboard sound (there seem to be several threads with similar problems and I am also having the sound stutter with the onboard sound) and thinking of getting a dedicated Creative Labs PCIe sound card.
